Postgame 1 @ Indiana Pacers
I was enjoying several pitchers of Natural Light (thats right, Natty Light on draft), and only semi-watched the game. At the end of the game, a crowd gathered around the projector screen at the bar to catch the final 6 seconds. "There is no way Arenas will do this" I said to myself over and over. As the shot went through the net I couldn't believe it. I proclaimed to the crowd that I loved Gilbert Arenas. Wow, he is so amazing.
Now many people in the bar were interested in the game. The crowd got a little bigger around the projector. Then some loser comes by and turns off the projector. "What the f--k are you doing!" people screamed. The loser told us that there was a costume contest that apparantly couldn't wait 10 more minutes to begin.
The ass hole announced over the loudspeaker that the costume contest was starting. However Loser McAss did not have any contestants. The contest was cancelled (same thing happened for their Friday Halloween party) and that jerk made me walk to the other end of the bar to watch the game.
Oh and the Wizards lost too, so great...
Go to Bullets Forever and watch the Arenas buzzer beater before it gets removed...
