The Wizards Should Trade For Gerald Wallace

Why Not Get Gerald Wallace FOR Antawn Jamison & Andray Blatche

With the Wizards struggling, and Charlotte looking to trade away Gerald Wallace, I see an oppurtunity. Even though the Wiz aren't mentioned in this article, I have to ask, "Why Can't Us"

I don't know what the deal is with contracts & salaries and such but wouldn't it be great to have this guy.

So who would we trade? Andray Blatche would have to be involved, but he is not an equal trade for Wallace.

So here it is, my idea. Again keep in mind that I know nothing of NBA salary cap rules and such.

HELLO! This lineup is better. I don't care what STATS show up on Jamison. Wallace is a better player by 100 times. Jamison is a leader. Who cares. He is old. His time is up. Chemistry? There is no chemistry

Im pretty sure Jamison's contract is way to high and no one would want it. Plus Gilbert "took less money" to resign Jamison. Do we have to please Gilbert though?

Charlotte gets a 20 and 10 veteran leader to help with their young team, plus a guy who could be the next Wallace (theoretically) in Blatche.
