Draft Misery 2002: Jared Jeffries

With the 11th pick in the 2002 NBA Draft the Washington Wizards select: Jared Jeffries, Forward, Indiana.

Jared Jeffries came to the Wizards, was given an opportunity, and did absolutely nothing with it. Jeffries, a great college player, eventually became the opposite of a fan favorite in Washington. However, the Wizards are obsessed with giving people a chance to improve, and kept him around for too long. When the Knicks signed him in 2006, a cheer was heard emanate from the district.

Diagnosis: Semi-Bust

Where is he now?

Driving Knicks fans crazy I'm sure. Jeffries is still a mediocre NBA player on the New York Knicks. Will he ever average more than 7 points per game? Doubtful.
