Wizards Draft Misery 2004: Peter John Ramos

Written By Chris C-Ford ---- Monday, June 22, 2009

With the 32nd pick in the 2004 NBA Draft the Washington Wizards select: Peter John Ramos, Center, Puerto Rico.

I really have nothing to say about this guy. I don't remember ever seeing him. Seriously. According to Wikipedia, he actually got into some real life NBA games! Shenanigans!

Ramos played for the Wiz, but mostly in the D-League, playing for 3 straight Summer Leagues before finally being cut before the season in 2006. He went on to be a D-League All star, but was often injured and eventually wound up playing in Spain (an all-star again)

Diagnosis: BUST!

Where Is He Now?

I read this on a message board so it must be true. Peter John Ramos could be back in the NBA and has been invited to tryout for the Cleveland Cavs. This quote from 1 poster to the site is pretty funny. "WOW, I think we found our beast in the paint" Yes you have Cleveland.
