The Pistons have signed Jarvis Hayes which can only make me think one thing. Thank You. Get him and his bull dog out of DC. This guy was the 10th overall pick in the NBA draft. Give me a break. What a terrible player. Jared Jeffries & Jarvis Hayes, players that should have never been drafted. Anyways, here are the last 7 draft picks that were #10.
