Here is a nice old video of some guy named DeShawn Stevenson. I wonder if he is related to the DeShawn Stevenson on the Wizards. Naaaa. Not Possible.

And then Stevenson finished 2nd to Desmond Mason in the '01 NBA Slam Dunk Contest....ironically enough in DC.
