The Fan 106.7 Coming Right Up

Finally! The return of a second option for DC sports fans in sports talk radio. WJFK 106.7 will be switching to an all sports format on Monday, July 20th.

No longer will fans have to listen to a station owned by an organization that puts on propaganda radio programing promoting the company line hosted by vice presidents who really should be concentrating on other things. No longer will fans have to listen to "Redskins Hour" if there is no Redskins news for that day. No longer will fans have to listen to Doc Walker pretend to know about hockey. They won't have to...but they CAN.

And that is the great part about having a choice. About having 2 places to go to. If I don't feel like a Big Mac, I get a Whopper. If I feel like a Big Mac, I have one. Ahhhh Choice...Ahhh Food...

I'm sure I will be constantly switching back & forth depending on what each station is talking about, and I can't wait to start on Monday...
